The Cock Inn, Ringmer is a family-run pub in between Lewes and Uckfield with an excellent reputation and a loyal customer base who always brought in a steady flow of business. Key amongst The Cock Inn's offerings is their food - with an emphasis on high-quality ingredients and dishes cooked-to-order, it's a great place to go for a decent meal with friends and family. But their old web site did nothing to highlight the food - not a single food photo. Based upon traditional static web pages, the site was hard to keep regularly updated, easy to break, and not a great place to keep track of regular customers.

JFDI Phoenix changed all that. We engaged Brighton's Southdown Studio to produce some amazing food photography, shot live on the premises. Then we built a new web site around it, incorporating two more ingredients that were missing previously: Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and membership features. We built the site on DotNetNuke, to make the Ridley Family content-managers instead of web designers. They can now keep the site updated with news, special events, menus and all the information customers need.

The Ridley Family reports that turnover is up around 20-30% on the same time last year, week on week - and that's since their new web site went live. See The Cock Inn, Ringmer
